Digital Kitchen elevates Jason Esser to Creative Director

(Chicago — 4 September 2018) Digital Kitchen has promoted long-time agency vet Jason Esser to Creative Director / Resource Manager, with responsibility for leading the agency’s creative offering in its Chicago headquarters office.

Esser has helped lead the agency’s creative expansion in building brand experiences for such clients as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta United Soccer team and the Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas, among others. Esser joined DK after graduating from the Illinois Institute of Art in 2007.

“We have seen Jason become a real agency leader through his work and his ideas, championing our approach to building experiences that create a sense of belonging,” explained Don McNeill, CEO of DK. “He has the rare ability to be both a hands-on creative as well as a leader for our creative department.”

In his new role, Jason will be responsible for the operations of the creative department including hiring, recruiting and delegating work across teams and departments. He will also continue to contribute to client work.
