Darya Lending, 15, has been found safe

GOOD NEWS ABOUT DARYA LENDING! The 15-year old daughter of documentarian Tod Lending who went missing last Saturday, has been found and is reportedly okay.

Lending acknowledged the the concern and prayers of many friends and colleagues on Darya’s Face Book page. He wrote: “Our deepest thanks to all who supported us during these terrifying, trying and exhausting last few days.” “We were incredibly lucky to find Darya. The community of support that all of you provided has been extraordinry and is deeply appreciated.”

No details were reported about the circumstances leading to Darya’s disappearance when she was last seen leaving her grandmother’s Evanston home where she and her cousins were spending the night. The Lending family lives in Ravenswood Manor.

CASTING DIRECTOR DAVID O’CONNOR is seeking “fun, outgoing, adventurous Americans with Norwegian ancestry to audition for season two of the enormously successful reality TV series, “The Great Norway Adventures.”

The series will follow 10 Norwegian-Americans in Norway who will compete in a series of extreme cultural challenges that test their skills, courage and determination. The payoff is $50,000 and a chance to unite with Norwegians relatives they didn’t know they had.
