Devotees of Starbucks on Oak and Rush will have something interesting to watch while they sip their latte grandes: A permanent, multi-screen, HD video art gallery of the stories, thoughts, ideas and art as expressed by Starbucks’ barista-artists.
The documentary style presentation on the “Partners Projection Wall” was produced by Taproot Productions and HP technology solutions provider.
Twelve artists are shown in the two documentaries, which are five-minutes each. In between each documentary is an “attract” mode which shows the artists and some samples of their work.
Starbucks customers can view the presentation by using HP workstations, LCD televisions and headphones to listen to, view and control video images on the Partners Projection Wall.
