Periscope Post & Audio and Curtis Schmidt are pleased to announce that Curtis is changing roles from General Manager to Freelance Editor.
Curtis recently joined Periscope as General Manager with a mandate to grow the company, particularly in Visual and Augmented Reality.
His deep interest in that space led to the mutual decision to allow him to pursue his passion for creative development.
“Curtis is a talented individual and while we are sorry to lose an excellent manager,” says Periscope partner Michael Nehs. “We recognize and support his incredible creative talent. We are very glad to have him as part of the Periscope team and will do everything we can to help him to be successful.”
Schmidt is equally enthusiastic about the change.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity that Periscope afforded to me, however my heart is on the creative side,” he explains. “Periscope has been nothing but supportive of me. The bond that I formed with the team is one that I cherish and will continue to grow. I will always recommend Periscope to people because they are talented and they care about the work and the clients, and plus they have a sweet bar that I would not want to jeopardize entry into.”
