Geletka+, Chicago’s fast-growing creative collaboration agency, continues its expansion in Chicago’s west loop neighborhood with a new office designed for team collaboration and hybrid work. The new office boasts group working spaces, vari standing desks, flexible seating, and as much tech as they could fit into one area.
Local and national art, a core part of Geletka+ brand will be showcased regularly, along with art created by the team.
Geletka+ makes content, experiences, films, poems, books, stories and digital products together with their clients and partners.
“We know we do the best work together,” said John Geletka, Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Geletka+. “So we designed a space that allowed us to do just that, but this time on our own terms. We made individual spaces, group spaces, and comfy places just to hide and get s*** done right.”
Geletka also made sure the new HQ included a decent kitchen for the team members whose creativity is expressed in bites.
“Great creative can happen anywhere,” says Geletka. That’s why the company has maintained its commitment to hybrid work. They’re not throwing away the traditional agency model, but they’re working to make it little better by removing layers of process, being open about partners, and using data as a tool, not CYA.
In a time of workplace transition, the agency has relocated a developer from Minneapolis, and hired a designer who continues to work remotely from Austin. The core team has the freedom to choose where they work but is definitely enjoying the aesthetics and safe new facility.
Geletka+ is located at 954 W Washington and you can learn more at Geletkaplus.com
