This week’s episode of Chicago P.D. is titled Impossible Dream is airing Wednesday at 9 PM CST on NBC 5.
We will be seeing more of Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) this week, and we might see more of Atwater’s backstory, since it takes place in a neighborhood that he’s familiar with. There’s also a hint that Andre Cooper (Cleveland Berto) may officially join the Intelligence Unit.

When a local business owner is gunned down in his shop, it becomes personal for Atwater, who patrolled the neighborhood as a young cop. Dep. Supt. Samantha Miller comes to Voight with a special request about Andre Cooper.
