The popular Chicago PD character, Hailey Upton, played by Tracy Spiridakos, was dispatched tonight by her commanding officer, Hank Voight, played by Jason Beghe, to serve a temporary assignment at the New York Bureau of the FBI.
In an exciting twist for television fans, Spiridakos will guest star as Upton on the Dick Wolf popular drama FBI on CBS, next week.
“Tracy’s character is a fan favorite,” said Dick Wolf, “and I am extraordinarily happy to be shining an even greater light on her and gaining new fans along the way before her return to Chicago PD.”

New episodes continue to air although the season’s final episodes were not filmed before all three Chicago Dick Wolf shows Chicago Med, PD and Fire halted production. They are not expected to return to production until next season.

In addition to the Chicago shows, the Wolf Entertainment series Law & Order: SVU for NBC and FBI for CBS have also halted production.
