CBD names Barb McDonald VP Group Account Director

(Chicago — 9 May 2018) Integrated digital marketing agency CBD Marketing (CBD) is boosting its management team with the addition of Barb McDonald as Vice President, Group Account Director.

With more than 20 years of experience, McDonald joins the agency from a similar position at the Chicago office of Gyro.

She also brings a wealth of knowledge in managing national and global accounts for building materials, manufacturing, professional services and electronics. These include USG, Grant Thornton, ITW and Samsung.

Prior to Gyro, McDonald worked at Havas and FCB Global on financial services, retail, trucking, the U.S. Postal Service and CPG food accounts.

Her range of experience across a broad range of industry categories is coupled with her expertise in all phases of integrated marketing planning and execution.

McDonald will manage the agency’s account services personnel and is a key member of CBD’s senior leadership.

The agency’s most recently completed website is WhirlpoolPro.com, which was launched at the end of 2017 and is now being optimized with additional content and functionality.
