Cari Bucci Hulings

Cari Bucci Hulings has been promoted to President of MARC USA with full oversight of the agency’s offices in Boston, Chicago and Pittsburgh. She reports to Michele Fabrizi, who remains as CEO. Tony Bucci continues as Chairman of the privately-owned agency network (part of Eastport Holdings LLC) which also includes MARCA Hispanic in Miami.

Bucci Hulings joined MARC USA in 2010 as SVP/Director of Client Services and was promoted to EVP/General Manager in 2012 after playing a major role in growing the agency’s Chicago office, including winning the global Payless ShoeSource account. Her previous experience includes FCB where she rose rapidly through the ranks to SVP/ Group Account Director and a stint as Account Executive at Leo Burnett Chicago. Her diverse expertise includes retail, financial services, insurance, health care, CPG, telecommunications and manufacturing.

Bucci Hulings is known for building data-driven marketing programs with breakthrough creative and media strategies. Fabrizi explains, “With Cari’s grasp of analytics and decision science, she understands what motivates her targets at every step of their purchase journey. This consistently leads to powerful strategies and integrated campaigns that build new relevance and meaning for our clients’ brands.
