In a reverse angle, California-based FilmCore has opened a branch in Chicago, a decided change of pace from Chicago editorial houses branching out on the West Coast.
Editor Angelo Valencia, who had worked for FilmCore Santa Monica, had been editing in Chicago on an informal basis for 10 months before officially opening here with a staff of four in River North space last month.
