Blagojevich participates in Cinema Smackdown

ROD BLAGOJEVICH never ceases to amaze. After enjoying a few blissful months without his breathless media appearances, we began to believe he had hunkered down to study those thousands of pages of legal documents pertaining to his upcoming June corruption trial. But no such luck.

Our former governor and Elvis expert has popped up again. On Dec. 17 he will be a pro-Elvis debater at Columbia College’s Film & Video department’s Cinema Slapdown, for which he is being paid $75 to participate.
