Birds-Eye’s August business flies high

Following a month that was full of assignments, despite the economy, Bird’s-Eye Media’s Mark Anthony Besozzi will start August providing video coverage of 500 teams of wacky runners and puzzle-solvers attempting the Great Urban Race for Chicago’s Red Frog Events.

Competition was also at the heart of his last video job in July.

He captured the Midwest area final of the MetLife South Asian Spelling Bee for New Jersey’s Touchdown Media and Sony TV Asia at Harper College.

In July, Besozzi, president of the Schaumburg-based, full-service company, shot a video for Sony TV Asia, signed on to edit a Vietnamese feature, and voiced broadcast television commercials.

His multi-tasking mentality has him also developing two indie films and two TV formats as a producer in his “spare” time.

In addition to his videography, Besozzi is touting a new portable HD/SD editing system (using Final Cut Studio) running on a 17-inch McBook Pro with AJA ioHD 10-bit Real-time that allows for real time, same-day edits.
