Beyond Meat, the world’s leading plant-based meat company, has engaged Stun, an award-winning agency and content studio as its Branding and Media partner.

The announcement was made today by Stun Principals & Co-Founders Mark Feldstein and Brad Roth, who is a native of Chicago’s North Shore. The statement was timed to correspond with the launch of Beyond Meat’s new Go Beyond campaign.

Offering a Digital 360 approach, Stun is driving the strategy and execution behind the Go Beyond campaign, as well as redesigning a new logo system and website for the brand.

The new campaign will feature professional athletes ambassadors within a series of digital videos showcasing how a plant-based protein diet has helped them excel in their individual careers. It kicked off yesterday with a brand video directed by Ron Yassen from Roadside Entertainment and starring NBA star Kyrie Irving of the Boston Celtics.

“We are ‘Beyond’ excited to be working closely with the Beyond Meat team,” says Feldstein and Roth. “The brand is such a great fit for Stun’s culture and collaborative approach to developing creative that activates consumers.”

Stun Chief Creative Officer Michael Vamosy adds, “Sharing the stories of how these elite athletes achieve success at the highest-level is truly inspiring and will encourage people to think about their diet and eat healthier. It’s a pretty cool mission and its our job to make sure when consumers see the Beyond caped steer logo that it stands for something more than just great taste.”

Early this year, Beyond Meat announced a partnership with one of the country’s largest QSR chains, Carl’s Jr., to launch the Beyond Famous Star burger. The historic first marries Beyond Meat’s 100% plant-based Beyond Burger patty with the restaurant chain’s fan-favorite “Famous Star” burger.

In September 2018, Beyond Meat announced a partnership with Del Taco, making Del Taco the first Mexican fast-food restaurant in the United States to serve plant-based meat.
