Andy Richter back on Story’s roster

MULTI-TALENTED ANDY RICHTER, Conan O’Brien’s former writer and sidekick, is back atop the list of commercial directors represented by Story, now that “Late Show with Conan O’Brien” is history.

Story’s Cliff Grant says Richter is “extremely well prepared to step behind the camera, since he understands the process of working with actors and casting, setting up shots and editing.”

Writer/producer/director Richter, who grew up in Yorkville, Ill., is a 1989 Columbia College grad. He was a five-time Emmy nominee as “Late Night” writer, and produced and starred in two prime-time comedies.
