Oh, oh. Don’t invite Roger Ebert and actor/director Vincent Gallo to the same party. Gallo called Ebert a “fat pig” and claimed he’d put a curse on Ebert’s colon when Ebert wrote Gallo had apologized to a British film journal for his critically savaged movie, “Brown Bunny.” As for Ebert, he’s lost 30 lbs and says if Gallo gains 30 IQ points they’ll be even.

Media Business has debuted as Crain Communications’ new magazine aimed at the media and publishing industry, particularly the business-to-business sector.
