The 2025 AICP Awards Tour is returning to Chicago, bringing together the city’s leading voices in production, post, and advertising to celebrate excellence in commercial filmmaking. Known for honoring the artistry behind the industry, from direction and cinematography to design, sound, and editorial, the AICP Awards have become one of the Midwest’s most anticipated events.
Tickets are now available, with pre-sale pricing through November 3. A range of sponsorship packages offers agencies, production companies, and brands the chance to align with one of the industry’s most respected celebrations. From on-screen recognition to social media visibility, the tiers provide unique opportunities to engage directly with the creative community that defines Chicago’s production scene.

This is an opportunity to sponsor the floral arrangements in the main reception area, giving your company visibility to all attendees + an announcement at the screening. Give all guests the chance to go home with a digital and physical souvenir with your logo on it! Sure, people take their own photos and the press may show up too, but everyone LOVES a photo-booth. The hottest of late night snack passed snacks, our Chicago Signature Dog (300 pcs) with a sponsor logo tooth pick flag. DJ Sponsor $3,500
The music makes the party. Whiskey Lounge $5,500
If you know anything about the night, you know that it can get busy. A separate lounge, with a private bar will be an escape where people can enjoy a premium spirit with a bit of conversation in a quieter space. Sponsor will receive signage by the lounge + directing people to the lounge, logo in showreel, social media shoutout + 6 total tickets to the event & screening. Includes: two classic whiskey cocktails (Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Boulevardier, or something similar)
Global Food Station Sponsor $5,500
Collaborate with Executive Chef, Charles Haracz of Blue Plate catering to sponsor a gourmet food station at the event. Sponsors will receive signage by their station + logo in showreel, social media shoutout + 6 total tickets to the event & screening.
