Time is running out for Carmy and Sydney in Bear S4 trailer

The Bear

The official trailer for The Bear Season 4 has arrived — and FX is turning up the heat again. The new footage finds time is running out for Carmy (Jeremy Allen White), who is under pressure from Cicero (Oliver Platt), who reveals that his financial support has reached its limit. A sleek new clock installed in the kitchen isn’t just for show — it’s a countdown. Once it hits zero, the restaurant is out of money and will be forced to shut down.

Season 3 ended on a bitter note, with Carmy screaming “motherf*cker!” after reading a mixed review — a moment of raw frustration that sets the tone for what’s next.

Premiering all 10 episodes on June 25, the new season picks up in the wake of The Bear’s grand opening, the fine dining evolution of the beloved but battered sandwich joint, The Beef. But success isn’t served easily. Carmy and his team are still learning how to function as a high-end kitchen while navigating the cutthroat restaurant industry.

This season, Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) grapples with a life-changing offer from another restaurant, raising questions about her future at The Bear. Meanwhile, Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife and redefine his role both personally and professionally. Watch below:

In addition to White, Edebiri, and Moss-Bachrach, the ensemble includes Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Abby Elliott, and Matty Matheson, with recurring appearances by Oliver Platt, Jon Bernthal, Ricky Staffieri, Molly Gordon, and others. The show continues to attract an all-star guest list, having previously featured Jamie Lee Curtis, Bob Odenkirk, John Mulaney, Sarah Paulson, Olivia Colman, and even John Cena.

Created by Christopher Storer, who directs the majority of episodes, The Bear is executive produced by Storer, Joanna Calo, Josh Senior, Hiro Murai, Nate Matteson, and Matty Matheson.

Since its debut, The Bear has become one of the most decorated shows on television, earning 10 Emmys for its first season, including wins for White, Moss-Bachrach, Edebiri, and Best Comedy Series, along with Golden Globes and numerous acting accolades.

Time is ticking — and The Bear is back in the kitchen. Get the Xanax.
