Stanley Steemer has tapped Andrew Schneider as its new vice president and head of marketing. With previous leadership roles at The Wendy’s Company and agency SPACEJUNK, Schneider brings a mix of brand storytelling and strategic innovation to modernize the company’s identity and strengthen its emotional connection with today’s homeowners.
As part of that effort, Schneider has named Havas Chicago as Stanley Steemer’s new creative agency of record. The agency is tasked with developing a bold new creative platform, with the first work expected to debut this fall.
“Andrew’s leadership is already shaping how we connect with our customers,” said Justin Bates, president of Stanley Steemer. “His ability to blend creative innovation with performance marketing is exactly what we need to elevate our brand.”
For Schneider, the role is both a challenge and an opportunity: “Stanley Steemer is a brand I’ve long respected for its rich legacy and trusted leadership,” he said. “Joining now means shaping its next chapter—one built on meaningful connections with today’s homeowners.”
Havas CCO Frank Dattalo echoed that vision: “It’s not every day you get to transform an icon with such an elite product and existing brand equity. It’s time to reconnect with culture in undeniable ways to drive relevance.”
The move comes after a national agency review managed by Joanne Davis Consulting. It marks another step in Stanley Steemer’s evolution from a trusted household staple to a modern lifestyle brand.
