MICKEY ROONEY plays the patriarch of a cop family with two troubled police officer grandsons (Tony and John DeGuide) in Tony DeGuide’s “The Voices from Beyond,” now in production.
The police drama, from DeGuide’s Windy City Films, is based on characters from his 2006 film “Voices from the Graves.” With Tony Curtis, Rooney’s wife Jan Rooney, Ron Dean and Napoleon Kanari.
Writer/director Tony DeGuide is producing with partner Nick Kanari and Alexander Alcarese. Production began in October and continues through March at their Chicago Motion Picture Studios in West Town, and city locations. See
