L.A. actress Aunjanue Ellis at BAM for ADR work

Actress Aunjanue Ellis went to Brian Reed’s Bam Studios for ADR work on her new movie, “Cover,” directed by Bill Duke. Scheduled for September, 2007 release through 20the Century Fox, it stars Vivica A. Fox, Patti LaBelle, Mya, and Louis Gossett, Jr.

Reed says Ellis was in the Chicago area, “and rather than head back to L.A. for ADR, she came to BAM where we recorded more than four hours of ADR.”

Ellis has appeared in “Men of Honor,” “Ray” and “Freedomland,” and episodic TV shows like “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” and “E-Ring.”

“The studio gets a good amount of ADR work from the feature market,” notes Reed, “as our studio is convenient, well equipped and has a relaxed atmosphere that caters to the talent.”

BAM Studios’ ADR client roster includes movies “A.I.,” “Bewitched,” “Toy Story 2,” “Runaway Jury,” “Soul Food” and TV shows “CSI Miami,” “Cold Case,” “The 4400,” “Scrubs” and “The Simpsons.”

BAM Studios is at 1 E. Erie, phone, 312/255-8862. See .
