Geletka+, the Chicago-based full-service agency, has expanded once again, adding three new key senior hires to support its rapid growth. As the team and client roster continue to grow, Geletka+ has doubled the physical footprint of its Chicago headquarters, marking the agency’s third expansion in just four years. Their office, located in the heart of Fulton Market at 954 W Washington is the perfect fusion of innovation, inspiration, and convenience.

As the team expands and demand grows across brand, web, and campaign services, Geletka+ continues to invest in the people and infrastructure that fuel its integrated creative model.

Meet the new key Senior Talent

As part of Geletka+’s continued investment in best-in-class client delivery, the agency has welcomed Anwar Khuri as Senior Manager, Client Experience, with a dual role as Executive Producer. Anwar brings a hybrid background that fuses strategic account leadership, project management, and production oversight. In their role, Anwar serves as a day-to-day lead for key clients, guiding work across strategy, creative, media, and web, while ensuring clarity, efficiency, and high-quality output at every stage. As Executive Producer, they also help set production standards and optimize delivery processes agency-wide.

Geletka+ also welcomes Deb Pahl as Associate Creative Director, Copy. A seasoned writer with a sharp wit and a deep portfolio, Deb brings decades of experience across digital, social, content, and advertising, with past agency roles at DDB, Tribal, Edelman, and Havas. Her work has shaped campaigns for brands like Discover, Hyatt, and WWD, combining attention-grabbing storytelling with strategic results. Deb adds firepower to Geletka+’s growing creative team while also playing a key role in mentorship and creative development.

To meet growing demand across brand, web, and campaign work, Geletka+ has added Allison Catuira as Senior Designer. A multidisciplinary designer, art director, and illustrator, Allison brings deep experience across e-commerce, hospitality, architecture, and CPG, with a portfolio that includes work for brands like Chase, Shake Shack, DKNY, GNC, and Trulieve. Known for their strategic and systems-oriented approach, Allison blends thoughtful design thinking with hands-on execution to translate complex brand stories into scalable, high-impact visual systems.
