Mark your calendar. Filmscape Chicago 2026 returns June 27 and 28, bringing the Midwest’s largest film and television production expo back to CineCity Studios.

Audience registration is now open for the two-day event, which continues to position itself as a hands-on resource for working crews, emerging filmmakers and those interested exploring the latest technology. Registration is now live at filmscapechicago.com/register

The 2026 edition will feature a full exhibit hall showcasing current production technology, along with a slate of classes focused on practical, on-set disciplines. Live demonstrations, panel discussions and networking opportunities round out the schedule, giving attendees direct access to vendors, crew and industry professionals.

One of Filmscape’s defining advantages remains accessibility. Every part of the event is open to the public and free of charge, lowering the barrier for those looking to connect with Chicago’s production community or expand their skill set.

The event is supported by a broad group of industry partners, including venue host CineCity Studios, along with companies and organizations spanning equipment, labor, post production and media.

For Chicago’s production workforce, Filmscape continues to serve as a centralized touchpoint. It is a place to see new tools in action, build relationships and stay current in a rapidly evolving production environment.
