
New Honor Society, the purpose-driven agency affiliated with FCB Chicago, just got a double dose of senior talent. The agency has announced the hires of Jill Clarkson as SVP, General Manager and Tischen Franklin as SVP, Group Creative Director.
These two power moves signal a bold new chapter for the St. Louis-based shop, which blends boutique agility with the global reach of the FCB network. The hires were made in collaboration with Jennifer Neumann, President of FCB Chicago, and Pedro Pérez, Chief Creative Officer of FCB Chicago.
Clarkson Brings Strategic Firepower

With deep Midwestern roots and a national portfolio, Jill Clarkson has helped shape brands from Nestlé Purina Petcare and BJC HealthCare to global titans like McDonald’s, Gatorade, and Coca-Cola. In her new role, she’ll oversee strategy and operations at New Honor Society, steering the agency’s mission-driven work across industries.

Franklin Joins from Brooklyn to Drive Creative Innovation

Tischen Franklin, an award-winning creative leader with a résumé that includes 160over90 and UWG, is known for pushing boundaries across advertising, experiential, and publishing. His past work for Ford, Target, and Johnson & Johnson showcases his talent for merging cultural insight with powerful storytelling. At NHS, Franklin will lead the creative department and drive work that’s as meaningful as it is effective.
