“THE CITY AS STUDIO: the State of the Art” is the theme of Chicago Artists Month (CAM) Oct. 1-Nov. 15, inviting local artists and arts organizations to participate in the 20th annual citywide showcase of independently produced events throughout Chicago.
Event proposals will be accepted online only, July 13-24 at chicagoartistsmonth.org. Selected proposals will be notified in August, and then will be promoted via a robust marketing campaign.
Up to 18 CAM Featured Programs will receive additional technical and financial assistance and be invited to nominate participating Chicago-based artists as 2015 Featured Artists.
