Dictionary Films has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Madeline Saloga, who has stepped into the role of Senior Producer as the Chicago-based company continues to broaden its production capabilities.

Saloga arrives with more than 10 years of experience spanning branded content, commercials, and large-scale creative campaigns. She most recently served as a Producer at Energy BBDO, where she helped guide major brand work from development through delivery. Prior to that, she spent several years at Leo Burnett, rising through production roles and earning a reputation for her ability to manage complex shoots and maintain a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

During her time in the agency world, Saloga has worked across multiple categories, including CPG, healthcare, retail, and consumer tech, partnering with top directors and creative teams to shepherd integrated campaigns from concept to final execution. Her background includes managing multidisciplinary crews, supporting emerging talent, and navigating the increasingly hybrid landscape of film and digital production.

Dictionary Films leadership praised Saloga’s arrival as an important step in the studio’s continued evolution. The company, which operates in both Chicago and Los Angeles, has steadily expanded its roster and capabilities, positioning itself to take on a larger slate of creative projects in 2025 and beyond.

In her new role, Saloga will oversee production across a range of commercial and branded work, strengthening the company’s operational infrastructure while contributing to its culture of creative partnership.

“I’m thrilled to be part of a team that values craft, curiosity, and collaboration,” Saloga shared. “Dictionary has always stood out for empowering both artists and clients, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.”

Dictionary Films, the integrated production arm of Cutters Studios, is part of The North Alliance (NoA), a collective of creative companies with a global footprint. The studio’s recent work includes projects with major national brands and agencies, reflecting its continued momentum in the commercial production space.
