ColorNation expands roster with Robert Curreri and Jack Bulik

ColorNation

ColorNation has announced the addition of two new colorists, Robert Curreri and Jack Bulik, to their growing team. This move, shared by ColorNation founder Reid Brody, brings even more versatility to the company’s remote color grading services.

“Adding Robert and Jack will give ColorNation access to two highly versatile artists with some wide-ranging experience that positions them to handle almost any kind of project that comes our way,” says Brody. Both colorists have extensive experience with remote color work, making them a perfect fit for ColorNation’s all-remote model.

Robert Curreri

Curreri, now based in Florida, started his career in Los Angeles and has worked with top post houses like Riot and The Syndicate. He has earned recognition for his work on iconic music videos for bands like Weezer, Blink-182, and My Chemical Romance, the latter winning him the MVPA honor for Best Colorist. His portfolio also includes commercial work for major brands such as Nike, Target, and Bud Light, and he’s made his mark in long-form projects like Running Down a Dream, a documentary by Peter Bogdanovich, and HBO’s Sonic Highways.

He praises ColorNation’s forward-thinking approach, noting, “Reid’s approach to remote color is the most authentic and realistic… I want to be paired with clients who value experience, efficiency, and a fine-tuned creative vision.” He also highlights the practicality of remote work, stating, “Once posting assets for review online became the norm, it became unrealistic to get everyone in a room to make decisions in real-time.”

Jack Bulik

Based in Los Angeles, Bulik has a global portfolio of film and commercial projects. Having worked across Europe and Asia, he’s developed a culturally diverse approach to color grading. His experience spans collaborations with Academy Award-winning directors and producers, and his showreel includes work for brands like Amazon, Disney, and Coca-Cola.

“Reid’s reputation in the industry is outstanding, and his vision aligns perfectly with my artistic goals… I’m eager to bring my style and expertise to the table, working closely with clients to elevate their projects through exceptional color work,” notes Bulik.

With these additions, ColorNation continues to build an impressive roster of talent, which already includes several well-established colorists.
