
As Chicago Fire continues filming Season 14 throughout the city, the show’s extras casting team is preparing for an upcoming episode, with a casting call looking for real siblings ages 6–11 to appear in a still photo shoot. The session will occur on Tuesday, November 18 with a possible wardrobe fitting on Monday, November 17. A parent (mom or dad) must submit the necessary information and participate with the kids. The images will be used in an upcoming episode filmed at Cinespace Studios, home base for NBC’s long-running hit.
The following request for specialty extras was posted on social media:
SEARCHING FOR REAL SIBLINGS WITH THEIR MOM OR DAD AGES 6 TO 11 YEARS OLD, ALL ETHNICITIES, TO WORK IN A STILL PHOTO SHOOT ON NOVEMBER 18TH.
Who they need
- Real siblings, ages 6–11, all ethnicities
- One parent (mom or dad) to submit and accompany
- Local to Chicago, suburbs, or surrounding border states to Illinois only
Key dates & location
- Wardrobe fitting: Monday, November 17 (about 2 hours or less) at Cinespace Studios (Chicago’s West Side)
- Shoot day: Tuesday, November 18 (still photo shoot)
Permits
- Kids need a Joan Philo Work Permit.
If you don’t have one, request a Letter of Intent and the team will advise how to obtain the permit. This is moving fast—if contacted, please secure permits ASAP.

- Current photos of the kids and the parent (together or separate). Make sure hairstyles/cuts/colors are current.
- For each person: full name, DOB/age, height, weight, and clothing sizes.
- If available, attach the Joan Philo Work Permit.
