1o8, the creative-meets-performance agency, is further expanding its leadership team hiring Amanda Jacobs in the new positions of Head of People Planning & Talent Acquisition.
Jacobs joins 1o8 directly from VMLY&R where she was Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and reports to President Joe Valentine.
1o8 is on an aggressive hiring track and Jacobs is tasked with leading all new talent acquisition, HR and people planning for the Chicago-based agency as the shop eyes hires in the double-digits over the next 3-6 months.
1o8 boasts three years of 100%+ YoY growth in both revenue and headcount. The agency has been strategically building out their leadership team which includes Founder Aalap Shah and President Joe Valentine, and in late Spring saw the additions of Jen Bills in the role of EVP/ECD and Steve Gaither as EVP, Growth & Strategy.
