Over the years, corporate writer/producer Lynn Sanders of Winnetka-based Park Avenue Productions was asked to write and produce tributes for weddings, fundraisers, anniversaries, birthdays, retirements and other life milestone events. To accommodate increased requests for personal documentaries, Sanders has opened a consumer division called “Your Story.”
“Your Story” offers personalized tributes through videos, live shows, parody lyrics, and poems. “More consumers need the chance to give their family and friends unique gifts that leave a legacy,” said Sanders. She writes and subcontracts production and editing.
Sanders had headed Park Avenue Productions for almost two decades. It recently provided the script and lyrical parodies and vocal arrangements for the upcoming Aug. 21 Beacon Hill Retirement Community Benefit Show in Lombard.
Another recent recent project was creating a live musical toast for a “That’s Entertainment” Networking Event, sponsored by the North Shore Convention & Visitors Bureau held at Skokie’s Center for the Performing Arts.
