Two by Four has had sustained growth for years and currently has 30+ clients. The agency is actively hiring multiple positions to help round out the Media Department which currently has seven media experts and talent.
“It has been such a joy to be a part of a team that has already brought so much success to Two by Four and I’m excited to take the Media reins and continue to build on what we’ve created,” commented Brown. “This new role provides me and the agency with an even more hands-on approach to cultivating relationships with our clients and further growing the department.”
Brown joined Two by Four in 2018 and was most recently Media Director. Prior, she was Marketing Director at RedShelf and before that, Strategy Supervisor at Zenith. In her new role, Brown is responsible for the overall leadership of the Media Department, managing budgets, growth, and client development. She started as an Associate Media Director and was promoted to Media Director in 2020. During that time, Brown has been involved in acquiring several new clients and expanding partnerships among existing clients, helping grow the department’s revenue by over 4x in the last three years. Her work has resulted in first-of-its-kind media executions, like a multi-screen Loop Immersion Zone for DePaul Athletics in 2019 and hundreds of donated media placements for pro-bono clients including Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
