Ferrero Rocher brings its signature golden touch to the holiday season with a dazzling new ad campaign, “Add Your Golden Touch,” featuring actress and director Jennifer Love Hewitt (9-1-1, Ghost Whisperer, I know What You Did Last Summer). Directed by Alison Roberto of STORY campaign was developed by Edelman and is airing nationally.
The spot showcases the many ways Ferrero Rocher candies elevate holiday celebrations, from handwritten place cards to post-dinner gifts and centerpiece pyramids. Lit with a warm golden hue that mirrors the iconic foil-wrapped chocolates, the ad emphasizes the brand’s timeless elegance.
“I’ve been a Jennifer Love Hewitt fan my entire life—my best friend and I watched Can’t Hardly Wait several hundred times,” said Roberto. “Needless to say, I was thrilled to work with her. Jennifer was so much fun on set—real, kind, and incredibly funny. She nailed her performance with ease, and we bonded over shared stories about being working moms.” Watch below:
Despite the challenge of limited time with Hewitt, who was in the midst of filming a movie, Roberto and her team delivered a seamless shoot. “Our day was packed with variations for the commercial and social content,” said Roberto. “Luckily, I have the best crew, and we were well-prepared to make it happen.”
Mark Androw, Executive Producer at STORY alongside Cliff Grant, credited meticulous pre-production for the shoot’s success. “Our relationship with Edelman and their Head of Production, Aldo Gagliardi, made everything smoother,” said Androw. “When working with celebrities, timing is critical. We learned this early in our career shooting spots with Michael Jordan—pre-production is everything.”
