Weeklong run at Chatham theatres for One Way’s self-distributed feature “Pieces of a Dream”

One Way Productions launch the national theatrical tour of their second feature “Pieces of a Dream” with a weeklong run at the ICE Chatham Theaters beginning Feb. 27.

Harold Dennis, Ngine James, Paul Branton, Joel P.E. King and Raz B lead an ensemble cast in this drama from a script by director Skee Skinner and Branton.

“It’s a moral piece that dances between the themes of a gentleman seeking truth, a young woman seeking redemption, a young man seeking acceptance, and an artist seeking love,” Skinner said.

‘Postcards From Home’ personalizes the pandemic

“Clash of the Vampires” series to film in Illinois

An all-local production will hit Illinois in late February when the new Netflix series, “Clash of the Vampires,” begins filming the ten-episode, hour-long action fantasy from producer Eric DeShazer of DeShazer Films and co-writer, Michael D. Ballard.

DeShazer Films has partnered with Downstate Heroic Age Studios for series production in their full-service facilities in Decatur and surrounding areas. Other locations will be in Chicago and Indiana.

A NEW AD AGENCY called Houlihan Madison Most has been formed by Kevin Houlihan and Brad Most, for many years with the Chicago Creative Partnership. While HMM is clientless at the moment, it will compete for the former CCP Blue Cross account. Houlihan had been CCP president and chief creative officer; Most was head of client services. The Madison in their name is a nod to New York’s ad street.
