How to submit a press release
We welcome your news. Let's hear from you -- news about your business, latest project, new products and services, personal awards and honors, and upcoming events -- and whatever else is going with you. Make sure the news is timely. Last month's project isn't all that exciting.

Easy to submit: Send as a Word attachment or copy within the Email, but not as a PDF file.

Easy format. Give us complete details of the project. Remember to include and names and titles of all the key people involved. Lots of paragraphs make your story easier for use to read and edit. Include your name, company, phone number and website address.

We love photos. Send several production photos, including a good one of you (sans sunglasses, face in shade or peering into a viewfinder) and captions to explain the photos. Attach to the Email.

Having a party? Email us your party pix, with names of the guests and we'll run a slide show of the event. Provide the photos as soon after the event as possible for immediacy.
