New agency is targeted to the food service industry

One-stop, full-service agency, Idea Kitchen, has been launched to work exclusively with restaurants and food service companies.  And with Chicago boasting 6,200 full-service restaurants alone, its business should be very good.

The agency is a division of Idea Booth, a creative think tank specializing in marketing, creative and economic strategies.

Idea Booth’s head of creative, Ron Gibori, developed the concept of Idea Kitchen as a resource focused on the food industry. He serves as creative director for both Idea Booth and its new food service agency division.

Idea Kitchen’s managing director is Anshul Mangal, a founder of three area restaurants, who joined Idea Booth when it recently acquired his hospitality marketing agency, Bazaar Group.

Idea Kitchen’s full suite of marketing resources, which other agencies lack, will allow restaurants and food service companies to utilize one agency, with real-world industry experience, for all their marketing, creative and digital needs.

“We have all the services clients require under one roof,” notes Mangal. “We will give them the ability to focus on what they really want to do: provide great food, drink, and service.”

Miljan Vukovic is Idea Kitchen’s project manager, Ronny Sage, director of digital strategy and Megan Gallagher, public relations director.

The company employs 20 and is located in the West Loop at 1017 W. Washington Blvd., phone 312/929-2440.
